Add Liftgate on Residential Select

This setting is a good way of making sure that on your LTL shipping the Liftgate is quoted. In many cases users under-estimate how tall / high the LTL trucks cargo bays are and that most LTL shipments cannot be unloaded unless the customer has a Liftgate or Dock available.

This selection ensure that IF a user selects a Residential delivery that FreightWise's rate-quoter automatically also adds the costs of a Liftgate delivery.
