This guide will help you set up network printers for the FreightWise Desktop & Mobile Apps. Currently, Zebra ZPL and IP Printing are supported.

Getting Started
Before you begin, make sure:
- The printer is installed per the manufacturer's instructions
- The printer is connected and powered on
Setup Printer in the FreightWise App
- In the Company Management page, locate the Printers panel and expand it
- To add a new printer, press the '+' button
- Enter a name for the new printer
- On the next screen you will edit the printer information
- Select the printer protocol from the drop down
- Fill in information that will allow the desktop application to connect to the printer. By pressing the '?' button next to the 'URI' field, you will see examples of what to put in this field
- Save the printer information
- To edit the assigned branch for the printer, click the edit button
- Select the appropriate branch from the drop down
- Save the branch assignment

- Click the printer icon in the upper right hand corner of the FreightWise desktop application
- Select the printer that was just added
